Our Factory
Hunan Foersheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Dongguan Foersheng Group. It handles all global orders for high-pressure blowers and serves as the Group’s dedicated, world-class production base for high-pressure blowers.
Constructed by Foersheng with a massive investment, this facility spans over 60,000 square meters. It incorporates the world’s most advanced robotic assembly lines and state-of-the-art inspection equipment. Officially inaugurated in April 2018, the facility is being progressively developed into the world’s largest automated, intelligent, and large-scale industrial park for high-pressure blowers—serving as a comprehensive hub for the entire high-pressure blower supply chain.
-Hunan Foersheng is equipped with the most modern CNC machining centers and employs advanced manufacturing processes.
-Our high-precision Doosan CNC machining equipment boasts a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm, thereby guaranteeing the utmost precision in the machining of components.
Following machining, the components undergo rigorous inspection using high-precision 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) imported directly from Mitutoyo, Japan.
-Our assembly line breaks away from traditional manual methods, utilizing fully automated production lines to significantly boost operational efficiency; daily production capacity can reach between 600 and 700 units.
-Once assembled, the finished blowers undergo comprehensive testing using automated inspection systems imported from Taiwan—specifically designed for the final testing of high-pressure blower motors, as well as for the overall performance evaluation of the finished blower units.
-We invested substantial capital to acquire this equipment, making us the first manufacturer in China to possess such advanced testing capabilities.
-Our painting line employs a hybrid approach that combines ABB robotic arms with skilled manual application, thereby enhancing production efficiency while ensuring superior product quality.
-After painting, each unit undergoes a final visual inspection before packaging. Only after passing all quality checks is a unit cleared to enter the finished goods warehouse, where it awaits shipment.
Before leaving our facility, every “Goorui” high-pressure blower passes through a multi-stage production process involving rigorous, layered quality control. Each individual stage utilizes advanced equipment for both processing and inspection.
