GOORUI ring blower, also universally known as a side channel blower, regenerative blower, or vortex blower, is an industrial, oil-free gas-moving device used to generate either high pressure air discharge or deep vacuum suction. It bridges the operational gap between lower-pressure centrifugal fans and expensive, high-pressure positive displacement compressors. It can be replacements for Siemens or FPZ units.
- Intake: Ambient air enters the housing through an inlet port.
- Regeneration: A rapidly rotating impeller with small radial blades accelerates the air outward using centrifugal force.
- Compression: The air is forced into a curved side-channel loop, spinning back into the root of the next blade. This “vortex” action continually recompresses the air, building up high pressure.
- Discharge: The compressed air exits through an outlet with smooth, pulsation-free delivery.
- 100% Oil-Free: The moving impeller does not touch the housing, requiring zero internal lubrication and outputting entirely clean air.
