Its high-pressure airflow can ensure that the film adheres evenly to the mold, avoiding damage caused by uneven thickness. Environmental control: High-pressure side channel blowers are used in conjunction with air conditioning systems to maintain a constant temperature (22-25℃) and low humidity (≤50%) in the workshop, preventing temperature-sensitive foods such as chocolate from melting or frosting. Meanwhile, the fan can be used to circulate air, remove harmful gases and odors, and create a comfortable working environment. For instance, in the processing of fried food, the fan sucks the cooking fumes into the electrostatic oil removal device, achieving a purification efficiency of over 95%. For instance, in the processing of preserved fruits, the fan’s vacuuming enables the sugar solution to quickly penetrate the fruit flesh, shortening the soaking time. The production cycle is reduced from 72 hours to 24 hours, and the sugar uniformity is increased by 40%. In addition, the fan can also work in coordination with the vacuum pump to quickly remove water from fruits and vegetables at low temperatures while retaining nutrients. The retention rate of vitamin C is over 90%.
